Initiation fees
New Members are required to pay a one -time, non-refundable initiation fee (Residents: $1,500, Non-Member Residents: $2,500) . Initiation fees for Resident Members can be paid over 4 years at a slightly higher rate ($425/year). Non-Resident Member initiation must be paid in full.
Any member that discontinues their membership without paying their full initiation fee will be required to pay the $300 membership reinstatement fee in addition to either restarting their initiation payments or paying the remainder of the initiation fee in full.
Initiation fees and membership dues will be invoiced separately via Quickbooks.
