Join us to support LSC's Holden Wald's mitzvah project on February 17th at 7pm for a Culinary & Wine Tour de France to raise money for Lakeview Intergenerational School in the Collinwood neighborhood!

You will enjoy French wines chosen by LSC's own Loren Sonkin to be paired with a menu of small plates prepared by Chef Lisa Stockton.

The small plates will include:

Asparagus, Goat Cheese

and Chive Tart

Mini French Onion Soup

with Grilled Gruyere Sandwiches

Poulet a la Creme

from Bourg-en-Bresse

Roasted Eggplant with herbes de Provence

and Hot Honey

Seared Steak with Basil Bearnaise

served over Potato Gratin

Chocolate Pots de Crème

Loren will share tasting notes and why wines were selected for the food.

Proceeds from this event will go to establishing a science library for the Lakeshore Intergenerational School in the Collinwood neighborhood.

• Lakeshore is a not-for-profit school which aims to transform the school experience for Cleveland’s children. 
• The school integrates the community into learning and aims to create lifelong learners. 
• LSC member Holden Wald and his friend Josh Buchner are raising money to build a science library at the school for their mitzvah project. They will be waiters at the event.

The event is $50 / person and will take place at Carolyn Wald's house (32455 Creekside Drive).

Due to the advance lead time to purchase the food and wine, refunds will NOT be issued after January 25th (limited to 32 participants).
