  Cocktails & Company – Spring Cocktail Party! 

  Get ready to mix, mingle, and sip at the Spring Cocktail Party! Join us for a wonderful evening filled with great company, food and drinks.

  Saturday, May 10th at 6:00 - 10:00PM
  Location: Scott & Lindsay Engel’s Home – 31881 Meadowlark Way
  Cost: $30 per person

  RSVP is done via WildApricot with payment due during time of RSVP

  Reminder when registering on WildApricot: WildApricot automatically counts the person registering as 1 attendee, therefore any additional attendees should be added as "guests".  For example, if you are registering 2 attendees for the cocktail party, you add 1 guest and it will show you owe $60 (yourself + 1 guest).

  We need full membership support. Folks can show up  throughout the day. You don't have to all show up at 10 am if you can't make the new time. Please sign up to help!

  Potluck Contribution: We ask that members bring a dish based on their last name:

  • A-M: Side/Salad Dish    
    
  • N-S: Fruit Dish   
  • T-Z: Dessert 

  There will also be Mac n cheese and PB&J/peanut butter sandwiches for the kids.

  • Pizza & Gelato Food Truck will begin serving at 4pm

  • Boys & Girls separate raffles
  • Adult beverage donation station from 5-7:45 pm, wine, beer and alcohol/mixers

  We are looking for volunteers! Please sign up to volunteer through this sign-up genius form. Please be specific in what you are volunteering for and at what time!

  • Beverage station volunteers from 6-6:45 and 6:45-7:45, as a volunteer you are required to stay at the station the entire time listed. 
  • 2 volunteers to help clean up at 8pm
